Lindsay Lohan claims to have been  assaulted by a man in hotel room, says site:

Actress Lindsay Lohan called police on Sunday morning (30), having stated that a man was attacked in his hotel room in New York. The information is from TMZ.

According to a source close to the actress, Lohan told police she met the man at a bar in the Chelsea neighborhood in New York. Lindsay took the man to his room and told the two began to argue later, when he discovered that he had taken pictures of her with his cell phone.

Some of Lindsay's friends were in the living room of the suite at the time the pictures were taken.

The source also said the man threw the actress on the bed, causing scratches on his hands. Lindsay ran out of room. When he returned, the man claimed that Lohan attacked her, tried to suffocate her with a pillow, threw her to the ground and climbed on top of her.

A friend of the actress managed to depart the fray. Lohan claims that triggered the fire alarm to call for help and police arrived in time to arrest the suspect.

Sources close to the police told the website that the man was identified as Christian LaBella. The man had four passes by police: La Bella was arrested twice for assault and has two harassment complaints.
